We Are a Sanctuary

As a sanctuary, our primary purpose is to provide a forever home to farmed animals who were at risk of slaughter. This means that we are committed to allowing our residents to live peacefully without exploitation or expectation. To accomplish this, we are only open to the public on certain occasions. When we host an event or tour on-site, we ask that you understand that interactions with residents are not guaranteed. We do not operate like a petting zoo. If a resident is ill or feeling unsocial, we do not force them to participate in activities or socialization. Sometimes residents may be observed in the pasture beyond a fence, or from outside a barn stall. We may also close certain areas of the sanctuary, temporarily or permanently, as the needs of our residents evolve.

At this time, we are not open for public events or private tours. We are in the building phase of our sanctuary and hope to host our official launch to the public in the fall of 2024.

Volunteering

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we are excited to offer a volunteer program. At this time, we are developing this program and will update our website when additional information becomes available.

**All events that we host feature vegan cuisine out of consideration for our residents.**
